The LED Mounting Profile for LED Strip Lights is crafted from high-quality 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, featuring a sleek silver anodized surface treatment that enhances its anti-oxidation properties and extends its lifespan compared to similar products. It is available in default lengths of 1 meter, 0.5 meter, 1.5 meters, 2 meters, 2.5 meters, and a maximum length of 3 meters, but can be easily cut to any desired length. The profile comes with three different covers for various lighting effects: a PMMA opal matte cover, PMMA semi-clear cover, and PC diffused cover. These covers are made from top-notch materials that are resistant to yellowing and provide excellent light distribution.
The High Power LED surface Profile is designed specifically for ceiling surface-mounted installation and can be effortlessly attached to the bottom layer Aluminum Profile using screws. Once installed, the LED strips can be easily affixed to the top Aluminum Profile by removing the 3M Tape protector on the back of the LED strips. The installation process is straight forward and user-friendly. Additionally, the Aluminum LED Profiles serve as effective heat sinks, promoting efficient heat dissipation.
