Enhance the ambiance of any modern or contemporary home or office with our mud in led channel L307, an elegant addition that allows for versatile decorative linear lighting patterns on walls or ceilings. Please note that Aluminium Profile L307 is primarily designed for ambient and decorative lighting applications and can accommodate LEDs up to 3 Watts/ft.
Mounting Method
Follow these simple steps to mount your Aluminum Housing:
1. Use a drywall knife to cut a slot for the Aluminum Housing.
2. Screw the housing through the integrated plaster-bead using a flat-head drywall screw and secure it to the drywall.
3. Apply a single layer of contractors tape over light opening.
4. Apply drywall tape over integrated plaster-bead.
5. Apply plaster, smooth with compound knife.
6. Sand down to get a smooth finish and paint.
Cutting
Easily customize the length of your aluminum profiles and lighting fixtures by snapping the cover onto the profile and placing the channel onto a miter saw with the cover facing down. We recommend using a NEW fine tooth blade to cut your aluminum channels for LED strips to prevent breaking the fragile diffuser/cover.

The Mud in LED Channel with Flange is Designed for Indoor Lighting Projects and Can Be Recessed into 0.67″ Drywall. Its Inner Width is 12.2Mm, Allowing for a Maximum LED Strip Width of 12Mm. We Recommend Installing 24V Cob LED Strips Cri 90 to Achieve a Seamless Linear Lighting Effect. Additionally, the Aluminum Channel Can Function as a Heat Sink for Better Heat Dissipation.
There are Three Types of Connectors Available: 90°, 90° Vertical, and 180° Connectors, Which Can Be Used to Reconnect the LED Lighting Channels for Your Projects. the Diffuser Cover is Made of Brand-Imported PC Material, and There is Only One Type Available – the PC Diffused Cover. It is Anti-Yellowing, Provides Perfect Light Distribution, and Offers Smooth Light Output.
The Wall Washing Channels are Made of 6063-T5 Extruded Aluminum Material and Have an Anodized Surface Treatment. There are Three Colors Available: White, Silver (Default), and Black. the Standard Length of Each Piece is 1 Meter, but Other Lengths Such as 1.5M, 2M, 2.5M, 3M, and up to 6M are Also Available. You Can Cut the Channels to Any Length for Your Project, and Custom Lengths Can Be Provided Upon Request.
