Installation
Easy Installation with Two Mounting Methods
To Install LED Aluminum Housing “L041” Start by Creating a Groove or Cavity in the Desired Cabinet, Drywall, or Shelf. You Can Mount the Fixture Using Two Methods:
Mounting Method #1 (Use of Adhesive)
1. Clean Mounting Surface (Groove) of Dust and Residue.
2. Apply All-Purpose Caulking/Adhesive.
3. Install Assembled Fixture.
Mounting Method #2 (Counter-Sunk Screws)
1. Screw Aluminum Housing into Cavity (Counter-Sink Screws so LED Strip Has Flat Surface to Install onto).
2. Attach LED Strips onto Aluminum Housing over Counter-Sunk Screws.
Cutting
Customize Length and Prevent Breakage
To Cut Your Aluminum Profile for LED Strip Lighting and Create Custom-Length Lighting Fixtures, Simply Snap the Cover onto the Profile and Place the Channel onto a Miter Saw with the Cover Facing down. by Doing This, You Can Easily Cut both the Channel and Cover to Your Desired Length at the Same Time. We Recommend Using a New Fine-Tooth Blade to Cut Your Aluminum Channels for LED Strips, as the Diffuser/Cover is Fragile and Can Easily Break with an Old Blade. to Prevent Breakage, Lower the Saw Blade Slowly While Cutting.

These Aluminum Profile for LED Strip Lighting are Made of 6063-T5 Extruded Aluminum Material and Feature an Anodized Surface Treatment, Which Provides Anti-Oxidation Properties and a Longer Lifespan Compared to Similar Products.
There are Three Color Options Available, Including Silver, White, and Black. the Standard Length of the Profiles is 1 Meter, but We Also Offer Custom Lengths, Including 1.5 Meters, 2 Meters, 2.5 Meters, 3 Meters, and a Maximum Length of 6 Meters.
Our Profiles are Compatible with both SMD LED Light Strips and Cob LED Tapes, with a Maximum Width of 15Mm. the Inner Width of the Profiles is 11.5Mm, Making It Easy to Install LED Strips on the Aluminum Base. the Aluminum Base Also Functions as a Heat Sink for Better Heat Dissipation, Which Helps to Extend the Lifespan of the LED Lights.
